Operating Hours & Policies

Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
24-Hour Cycle: Boarding is calculated from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A free grace period is available until 11:00 AM.
Hourly Extensions: ₹100 per hour applies after 11:00 AM or before 10:00 AM. Charges are capped at ₹600 until 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, a full day’s boarding fee will be charged.
Medication: Oral medications are administered free of charge.
Safety: Up-to-date vaccinations and tick prevention are mandatory.
Peak Season: ₹1,200 per Night (Flat Rate – All Breeds)
